Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before downloading, or using Polypad (“The Software”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Mattebot, LLC (“Mattebot”), and it governs your use of the Application made available to you by Mattebot.
Polypad is licensed as follows:
Licenses are per user and valid for use on all supported operating systems. License keys may be used on multiple computers and operating systems, provided the license key holder is the primary user. Businesses must purchase at least as many licenses as the number of people using The Software.
The Software is licensed, not sold, to you by Mattebot for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Polypad is available for major platforms such as macOS, Windows, and Linux (coming soon). We cannot guarantee support for all
Linux operating systems and will try to add support for ones that are in demand.
We try extremely hard to make sure our software is bug-free. Unfortunately, while we know this is sometimes difficult to accept as an end-user, bug-free software is nearly impossible to produce, especially given the diversity of end-user hardware and software configurations which it can be affected by. Therefore, we cannot guarantee malfunction-free operation, including the possibility of data loss or critical failure. We encourage you to make sure your important data is backed up regularly, and we are not liable should you not take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We try to answer all of our tech support and other emails within 1 – 3 business days. Sometimes, such as immediately after a new software release, or major new update, we may get behind, and we appreciate your patience.
Mattebot reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Our order process is conducted by Stripe. Stripe.com is the payment processor for all of our orders.
If you are not satisfied with your software purchase for any reason, we ask that you first contact us to see if we can resolve the problem — usually, we can.
Many of our products have fully-functional “unlimited” trial versions on our website, so you can try before you buy.
The Software is an Electronic Software Download, thus is ineligible for returns. We highly recommend you play around with the free version before purchasing a license.
Mattebot expressly disclaims any warranty for The Software, which is provided ‘as is’ without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness of a particular purpose.
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any copy of The Software. You should not reverse-engineer, disassemble, “crack”, or otherwise modify and redistribute our software.
In no event shall Mattebot be liable for any damages due to the use of The Software to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information. In no event will Mattebot be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages. Mattebot shall have no liability with respect to the content of The Software or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, trademark rights, business interruption, loss of privacy, or the disclosure of confidential information.
Should a legal dispute occur between you and our company, it will be governed by the laws of Dupage County, Illinois, United States of America.
Program code and artwork, including toolbar graphics, icons, website content and effects, are the copyrighted property of Mattebot. Please don’t steal them.
If you do not agree to this Agreement’s terms, do not download or use The Software.
Thank you for reading our license agreement! We hope you love your Mattebot software purchase.
